2. Provider Responsibilities

- Follow all local traffic laws and regulations
- Handle items with care and maintain professional conduct
- Complete deliveries within agreed timeframes
- Report any issues or incidents immediately
3. Collection-Only Service
Important: Smugla operates as a collection-only service. Providers are responsible for:
- Collecting items from customers at specified pickup locations
- Verifying item condition and completeness at collection
- Obtaining proper documentation and signatures for collected items
- Delivering items to the specified destination
Smugla does not support drop-off services. All deliveries must be pre-arranged collections.
4. Payment and Commissions
- Providers receive payment based on completed deliveries
- Commission rates are determined by delivery distance, urgency, and item value
- Payments are processed weekly via bank transfer
- VAT registration status affects tax obligations
5. Insurance and Liability
- Providers must maintain appropriate vehicle and liability insurance
- Smugla provides platform insurance for items in transit
- Providers are liable for damage caused by negligence
- Report any incidents within 24 hours
6. Platform Rules
- No discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics

- Do not solicit business outside the platform
